COSPAL Composites is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of high-quality components for Ground Station Satellite Antenna Reflectors.
Since 1981, we have delivered over 1,200 reflectors worldwide, ranging from 2.4m to 70m in diameter, for a wide range of applications in Q/V, Ka, Ku, X, and S-band operations.
Our expertise in designing and manufacturing bonded panel shaped reflectors ensures exceptional surface accuracy and form stability, maintaining our position as a global leader in the industry. Thanks to advanced engineering and proprietary techniques, we achieve RMS accuracy better than 65μm, as verified by photogrammetry.
Over the years, we have continuously refined our bonding process, using top-quality materials, specialized surface treatments, and exclusive manufacturing methods.
Our reflector panels have been used in all three 70m antennas of NASA's Deep Space Network, enabling historic space missions like Voyager 2’s encounter with the outer planets. We are the only bonded panel manufacturer approved by NASA-JPL for the Deep Space Network (DSN) and a trusted supplier for leading radio astronomy institutes and space agencies worldwide.
Expanding our product line, we now offer backup structures, feed cones, de-icing plenums, honeycomb and foam sandwich panels, as well as comprehensive solutions for antenna design, fabrication, installation, and alignment.
