Neptune operates in the field of Earth observation and has introduced a system of water leaks research through the analysis of satellite images, with which more than 50,000 km of water supply in Italy and Europe have been controlled.
The high-tech solution consists in analyzing Satellites’ images from orbit.
This system makes it possible to highlight areas with a high concentration of subsoil moisture.
By applying our algorithm to a clipping band comprising the water mains, we are able to pre-locate the likely water losses with a confidence radius of 10 meters.
