Tecnottica Consonni is an optical manufacturing company that works on custom-based designs in order to deliver various optical elements for many industrial or scientifical applications.
Established in Calco (LC) in 1957, we've a strong in-house built know-how that allows us to work with all the optical glasses available on the market directly starting from the raw material up to the finest operations to create lenses (spherical or aspherical surfaces), prisms, flats, windows or complete opto-mechanical assemblies.
Also, we're able to provide completely serialized products: thanks to our metrological lab, every aspects that define an optical element can be measured and reported, with a complete traciability of the articles during all the production steps up to the final delivery to the customers.
Our optical and mechanichal designers can also assist the customers in the engineering of the elements involved in their projects, in order to better define all the aspects that concur in the realization of our products.
Tecnottica is also an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified company, with a strong presence on the international market (almost 50% of the annual revenue) and lots of experiences in all the fields that involve optical elements, especially in the aerospace sector with a consolidate in-house capability for custom optical elements up to Ø 300 mm.
